01. Inquiry
To begin, submit a no obligation inquiry form to share a bit of necessary basic information about your trip. We specifically look for desired destination/s, travel dates & party details, budget, and wishes for your vacation. It's important to be as thorough as you can so that we can offer as much or as little support as you need!
02. Proposal
After submitting a thorough inquiry form, you can expect to hear from one of our travel planners within three business days. They will include a personalized proposal with a variety of vacation package offers. From here, you'll select one that feels right or further customize to fit your exact needs.
03. Deposit & Confirmation
Following your travel planner's perfect itinerary execution, you'll submit a deposit to reserve your travel dates. This amount will vary by vendor, as will your future payment structure. Your planner will set up an invoice with helpful reminders so that all payments are submitted on time.
04. Personalized Needs
The steps after your confirmation is shared are entirely up to you! Depending on the level of support and assistance you desire, we are available to you and excited to help every step of the way to share resources, planning guides, and additional services (airport transfers, dining reservations, excursions, etc.)!
